Personalization

Complete the personalization section before adding to your cart. You may include your child's name, godparent names, and a custom message, or keep the original wording shown.

Photo Option: Choose to insert your own photo or have us print and insert it for you. If requesting photo printing, email your high-resolution image to anacervantescreations@gmail.com with your order number.

Processing & Shipping

Please select an event date at least 10 calendar days from your order date. Requested dates are not guaranteed due to processing and shipping transit times. Orders requiring a photo cannot begin production until the image is received.

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Standard processing time is 7–10 days for most items, while bulk centerpieces require 10–15 days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States and Puerto Rico only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages.

Customers are encouraged to contact USPS or UPS directly for assistance with delivery issues.

We will gladly assist with filing claims if your order is damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pick-Up (Optional if you allow it)

Local pick-up may be available in Forest Grove, Oregon by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to request this option.
