All of our items are handmade and personalized. Variations in color, size, or design may occur due to the nature of custom craftsmanship.
Digital templates, designs, or files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. They may not be resold, shared, or distributed.
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate information (names, dates, colors, event deadlines, etc.) at the time of order.
We cannot be held liable for errors provided by the customer.
Processing times vary by product and are listed in each product description.
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages. We will assist customers in filing claims if needed.
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.
Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
If there is an error on our part, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
All designs, images, text, and templates are the exclusive property of Ana Cervantes Creations, LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Our products are decorative items only and are not intended for use by young children without supervision.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from misuse of our products.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Washington County, Oregon.
