Welcome to Ana Cervantes Creations LLC! We are a family-owned business specializing in handmade creations, personalized graduation items, craft supplies, wooden dies, ribbons, and digital designs.

By accessing our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Handmade & Custom Products

Many of our products are handmade, personalized, or produced in limited quantities.

Because each handmade item is created individually, slight variations in color, placement, size, and appearance may occur.
Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Handmade variations are not necessarily defects.
Personalized items are created using the customization details provided by the customer.
Product photographs are examples of our craftsmanship. Unless otherwise stated, the finished item may vary slightly.

We make every effort to create beautiful, high-quality products that meet our descriptions and specifications.

2. Ordering & Personalization

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their orders and providing accurate information, including names, dates, colors, measurements, spelling, graduation years, and other requested details.

Products with Personalization Fields

When a product includes personalization fields, customers must complete the required information before submitting their order.

A separate email is not necessary unless the product listing specifically requests one or we contact the customer for clarification.

Products Requiring Personalization by Email

If a listing specifically requires customization information by email, customers must submit the requested details to orders@anacervantescreations.com within 24 hours of ordering, including their order number.

Missing or Incorrect Information

If customization details are missing or unclear, we may contact the customer using the email address provided at checkout.

Missing information may delay processing and production. We will not invent or assume important personalized details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of their submitted personalization information. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

We are not responsible for customization errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer. If an error is caused by our business, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Processing Times

Processing times vary by product and may be updated during high-demand seasons.

Our general processing guidelines are:

Graduation Cap Toppers: Generally 7–10 business days.
Graduation Satin Ribbon Leis: Generally 7–10 business days.
Other Handmade Products: Generally 7–10 business days.
Bulk Centerpieces: Generally 10–15 business days.
Ribbon and Ready-to-Ship Supplies: Refer to the individual product listing.
Wooden Die Preorders: Follow the estimated processing and shipping schedule specified in the preorder listing.

Product-specific processing times take precedence over these general guidelines.

Processing times exclude weekends, federal holidays, and shipping transit time.

4. Graduation Rush Processing

Our Graduation Rush Order service is an optional paid add-on for eligible graduation products.

The service provides 3 business days of priority processing, beginning the next business day after the order is placed.

Weekends and federal holidays are excluded.

Important Conditions:

Rush processing covers production and preparation for shipment ONLY.
Rush processing does not include expedited shipping.
Rush processing does not guarantee delivery by a particular date.
Customers must provide their requested date and acknowledge the processing terms before adding the service to their cart.
Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping method at checkout.

The requested event date is collected for reference and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipping methods, charges, and available options are displayed during checkout or described in the applicable product listing.

Once an order ships, available tracking information will be provided.

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, customers should contact us if a shipment is delayed, damaged, or missing so we can help investigate the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an item must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or made specifically for each customer, custom and personalized orders are generally final sale once production has begun.

We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for personalized products due to:

Changes of mind
Incorrect personalization information provided by the customer
Ordering the wrong size, style, or color
Minor handmade variations consistent with the product description
Delivery delays that occur after timely shipment and are outside our control

Cancellation Requests

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to request a cancellation.

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order's production status, product type, and applicable law. Orders already in production may not be eligible for voluntary cancellation.

Returns and exchanges for non-personalized merchandise are governed by the applicable product listing and our published Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error on our part, please contact us at orders@anacervantescreations.com within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

We kindly ask that customers retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

This reporting timeframe helps us investigate issues promptly and does not limit any rights provided under applicable law.

7. Wooden Dies & Limited-Edition Preorders

Certain wooden dies and specialty crafting products are offered through limited-edition preorder releases.

Preorder availability and production timelines are announced in the relevant listing.
Limited-edition dies may not be restocked after a preorder closes.
Customers are responsible for verifying machine compatibility and product dimensions before purchasing.
Some wooden dies require a machine with a 6-inch opening, while others require a 9-inch opening or larger.
Product dimensions and compatibility information should be reviewed carefully before checkout.
Tutorials and educational materials, when offered, may be released separately from product delivery.

Preorder shipping dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify affected customers and provide the options required by applicable law.

8. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

Digital products, templates, designs, SVG files, and other downloadable materials remain the intellectual property of Ana Cervantes Creations LLC or their respective rights holders.

Unless a specific product listing grants broader rights, purchases include a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use only.

Customers may not:

Resell or redistribute digital files.
Share purchased files with other individuals or businesses.
Upload purchased files to public sharing platforms.
Claim our original designs as their own.
Repackage or sell our digital products in modified or unmodified form.

Additional licensing permissions may be available only when expressly stated in the product listing or agreed to in writing.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork.

All intellectual property rights are subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.

9. Product Safety & Proper Use

Our paper flowers, graduation cap toppers, ribbon leis, wooden die cuts, shadowboxes, 3D-printed items, and other decorative creations are intended for their described purposes.

Some products may contain small embellishments, beads, pearls, pins, adhesives, or detachable decorative pieces.

Products containing small parts should be kept away from young children unless appropriately supervised.
Decorative products are not toys unless specifically identified as such.
Customers should follow applicable product care and safety instructions.
Cutting dies and crafting tools must be used with compatible equipment and appropriate safety precautions.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or misuse to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Prices, Payments & Product Availability

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change without prior notice.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance.

If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer regarding available alternatives or an applicable refund.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors, subject to applicable law.

11. Website Content & Intellectual Property

The original photographs, graphics, branding, text, tutorials, and creative materials displayed on our website and associated business platforms are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless authorized, visitors may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or claim ownership of our protected content.

Third-party names, logos, characters, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ana Cervantes Creations LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of products, interruptions beyond our reasonable control, or circumstances unrelated to our failure to meet applicable legal obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including applicable consumer protection rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights or obligations that applied to an order when it was placed.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any court proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, with venue determined according to applicable law.
