Processing Time

All handmade products are carefully prepared to order. Processing times vary depending on the type of product purchased.

• Graduation Cap Toppers: Generally 7–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

• Graduation Satin Ribbon Leis: Generally 7–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

• Graduation Rush Orders: Priority processing within 3 business days, beginning the next business day after the order is placed. Weekends and federal holidays are excluded.

• Other Handmade Products: Generally 7–10 business days, unless otherwise specified.

• Bulk Centerpiece Orders: Generally 10–15 business days, unless otherwise specified.

• Ribbon and Ready-to-Ship Supplies: Processing times are listed on the individual product pages.

• Wooden Die Preorders: Processing and shipping follow the estimated timeline stated in each preorder listing.

Important: Processing times do not include weekends, federal holidays, or shipping transit time.

Graduation Rush Processing: This optional paid service covers priority production ONLY. It does not include expedited shipping or guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States and Puerto Rico only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated shipping transit times are generally 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times depend on the shipping service, destination, and carrier conditions.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been handed to USPS or UPS, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will gladly assist you with tracking information and applicable carrier claims.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Forest Grove, Oregon, by prior arrangement.

Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to request this option.

Pickup arrangements and instructions will be provided after confirmation.
