Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Ana Cervantes Creations is based in Forest Grove, Oregon and currently offers shipping within the United States. All orders include tracking for timely and reliable delivery.

International orders are not offered at this time. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in a special order, please contact us directly to discuss possible arrangements.

Import duties and customs fees (if applicable to special cases) are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: Each item is handmade to order. Standard processing time is 7–10 business days, though larger or custom orders may require additional time.

Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on the destination within the United States.

Delays: Please note that once an order is handed to the carrier, any unexpected delays (weather, holidays, postal service issues) are out of our control.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. Please make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder to avoid missing important updates.

Returns

Returns & Refunds

At Ana Cervantes Creations, all items are handmade and made-to-order. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

The only exception is if an item arrives damaged. In this case, it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify me within 24 hours of the marked delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging when submitting your request.

If approved, I will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

How long does it take to process my return?

If a return or replacement is approved due to damage, the processing time will be the same as a new order (7–10 business days). Once your replacement has been handmade and prepared, it will be shipped with tracking information provided to your email.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges are not accepted. Each item is handmade to order and created specifically for you, so I cannot offer exchanges for different items.
