Instructions for Personalized Custom Orders

For all personalized items, please send your customization details in one single email to anacervantescreations@gmail.com
 within 24 hours of placing your order. The email must include your order confirmation number in the subject line.

Examples:

Baptism Proposal Shadowbox: Child’s name, godparents’ names, and photo.

Graduation Cap Topper: The exact phrase or text you would like included.

⚠️ Important:

If details are not received in one single email with your confirmation number within 24 hours, your order will be made exactly as shown in the product display (cap toppers) or sent with a stencil for photo placement and without names (shadowboxes).

No changes can be made once production begins.
